I LIKE MY WEDDINGS A BIT MORE UNPREDICTABLE…
I’m Emma, a reportage wedding photographer who’s happiest in a room full of people, with a packed dance floor and no idea what’s going to happen next.
Weddings might be planned to perfection, but the moments I love capturing most are the ones that would happen whether the camera was there or not.
A couple once called me their “happy shadow” and it’s my favourite thing anyone has ever called me. It sums me up. I’ll be right in the middle of your day, laughing with your family, cheering the loudest, capturing everything you experience (and everything you miss), and probably grinning like an idiot while I do it.
So stay present with the people you love. I’ll capture the day exactly as it happens.

While you’re busy getting married, there’s a whole wedding happening around you. Your dad crying behind you during your vows. Your friends losing it on the dance floor. The kids off doing whatever kids do at weddings. The hugs happening behind you.
They’re the moments that I’m looking for.
There’s something about weddings in France that just makes them feel more relaxed.. Everyone’s away from home, the sun is shining, the wine is flowing and you’ve got all your favourite people together for a few days. So why not make the most of every moment you have with them?
It doesn’t need to be serious. It doesn’t need to be perfect.
The couples that book me love beautiful photos, but they also love colour, fun and all the real stuff that happens in between. It’s not that they don’t want their photo taken. They just don’t want to spend their wedding feeling like they’re having their photo taken.
So enjoy your wedding. Be with your people. I’ll photograph the moments you see, and all the ones you don’t.
